What's this thing known as and from when does it date - for 1 point?:

I saw this at a VW Bulli Forum or at FB some time ago. I think it is a british conversion.

Dang - can´t remember any details...

Found some pics of it, it is British as Grob pointed out,  started out as a 1972 VW Microbus before the chop and section job.

As for its name, I found it called Magic Bus on some pics and Skinny Camper on others.
