there have been a couple of other replicas, looks too good to be a pontiac based on so an enzodesigns?

The proportions make it seem like a 911. Especially the windscreen inclination.

Actually it's not RHD (I have other pictures of it where it's easier to see it's LHD) and not British.

Been spending a lot of virtual time in Czechoslovakia reciently, this mystery cars glasshouse looks like it may be  a 70's Skoda S110R coupe based?

Yes, it's Skoda S110R Coupé based.
I don't have any more details about it so I'll give you the point and move it to solved, and I'll post the other photos I have of it.

What surprised me when researching this car is that they have other Ferrari reps made on the Skoda platform in Czecholslovakia.
