Actually it's not RHD (I have other pictures of it where it's easier to see it's LHD) and not British.

Yes, it's Skoda S110R Coupé based.
I don't have any more details about it so I'll give you the point and move it to solved, and I'll post the other photos I have of it.
What surprised me when researching this car is that they have other Ferrari reps made on the Skoda platform in Czecholslovakia.
