Could it be S.L.C. K200 Roadster F1, the name that you are looking for?  made by Super Light Cars part of the ATR Group. Also in Paris it was presented by HEXCEL as Cabon Fibre K200 Roadster.

No, it's completely different and mostly not related to its old name at all but does include a part of it.
Also made in a different country from Italy (and France)!

NICE car company tried to either relaunch or distribute the SLC model.  I tend to believe they were only dealers and did not make it as their own car because they have been taken over Aixam-Meg and now operate as a representative.

Basically it should be SLC, but if I'm close with NICE, I'll try to get t I the midel name because I don't remember it and I far away from my records now.

Yes, it is the NICE (which apparently stands for No Internal Combustion Engine) and I read their blurb several times to see if it was just a name for a show or what, but it did seem they were intending to market it as their own marque with that name in the UK.  I believe it was the NICE SLC, using the original name as the model.

Other pictures of this car below.

Well done.
