Skoda 1500 prototype from 1954 (Internally called the Type 975) . . . Skoda certainly built more than their share of interesting cars over the years.

They did and they've provided me with plenty of puzzles - some still to come!
My source said this was built by Sodomka but I'm not sure I believe that..

I tend to agree that it isn't by Sodomka . . . It just doesn't seem to be their style. Who knows, though?
