Its an Half Scale Ferrari 250GTO replica Kids Car powered by a 49cc engine , handbuilt in 600 hrs. by Stuart Gurr in England for his daughter Scarlett.

Quite so.
I believe he calls his garage Scarlett's Garage, in West Molesey; at least that's who is said to have built the car when it was auctioned at Bonhams..
