The car was built in Vincenzo Leone's Officine Elettromeccaniche in Turin.

The power unit was a twin Moto Guzzi L-head Grand Prix engine.

The driver was Ugo Puma.

Yes, absolutely correct. The car was built during 1950, and raced at only one major meeting, at Monza in May 1951. Like many Italian small capacity single-seaters, it was beautifully constructed, but tried to be a miniature GP car at a time when Cooper had already shown the correct way to go. Well done.
