Pros.
East Europe?
I'd have thought it was a Fiat of about 1910 if targhediferro hadn't asked if it were French! or rather eastern Europe.
Neither Eastern Europe, Italy or France. !
(That's poor English Grammar. Apologies)

I knew it would be you who solved it ! It's actually from 1915 according to my source, but you're near enough. I believe it was powered by a Picker-Janvier engine.
Well done. I have to admit I'd never heard of this marque until I found the puzzle photo, and I guessed it would be solved by a forum member from South America.
Thank you for the point, it is a well known car here in Argentina, it's the first car ever made in series, between 1910 and 1915 around 50 cars were assembled or completely made in Buenos Aires, until WWI brought an end to the project. These cars were powered by Ballot engines that, at the final stage of production, were made in Argentina.
I can't find it now but Anasagasti has been on Autopuzzles before.
I must leave now, but later I will add more and some pictures of the car that belongs to the Argentine Air Force.
