DeAutogids

Cock (sorry, it is the name) of Assen, Netherlands.

pnegyesi

somehow I guessed, it will be you who comes up with the right answer. It is locked for you to come up with the model designation

DeAutogids

Well it was made about 20 kilometer away from where I lived, so I have seen these vehicles. Nowadays they're gone to the scrapyards probably.

DeAutogids

The type is VT15 and was posted by myself for the first time probably on "the internet". The name Cock was derived from the founder. Cock is a famous name in the Netherlands, as it was the main character in a Dutch detective. It was made into a television series called "Baantjer" in which the main protagonist was also "De Cock, met Cee Ooh Cee Kaa". The company was also responsible for the so-called "Witkar", a project for electrical cars which could be picked up from special rental stations in Amsterdam using a membership card in a similar scheme to what is nowadays used in a couple of cities in Germany.

pnegyesi

thanks for the detailed explanation. A very well deserved point for you

DeAutogids

It might be interesting to note that it is actually not so straight forward to identify this vehicle, as actually there were about a dozen active, all looking quite similar. It might be interesting if some puzzles of WFK, Zwalve, Mulder, Spijkstaal, Geha and some other ones.
