USA-based Minicars presented a number of safety car concepts in the mid to late 1970s, mostly focused on the RSV above, but also showing another satfety car concept based around the 1977 Chevrolet Caprice.  I have a photo of this somewhere at home, so I will find it and scan it in, along with any other information I can find about Minicars..
