This car has appeared on AP before, but it hasn't been a puzzle in its own right.
Until now, that is. So what is it, who built it and when - for 1 point?:

Yes, that's it.
If you have auto translate switched on it might translate "Primavera" into "Spring" or the equivalent in whatever your language is!
But of course the correct name is as you have said, so another point takes you almost to the brink of Professional status!
