Front wheels looks like Fiat ones (600 or 850), but rear ones have five bullons...anyway, perhaps a fiat base?

This car was built by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and it's called Xxxxx, that was the abbreviation of Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx.
It was based on a Xxxxxx Xxx with an XX XX engine (plus several other donors).
