I think 'kitcarguy' was not a serious guess and in any case...it's not the name I have!
It is not Custom Tracker CT GT50 and it does not came from Kenilworth/Blackheat.
I think you are into something as your car is basically the same.

Ok Paul, here is what I have learned. I believe this car was originally made here in the USA. It may have then been purchased by someone from South Africa & put together. My sources: Madmechanics/Slipondajimmy or simply google these 2 words: kitcarguy molds.

According to my source there was\is (?) a Company founded by 3 men (one is not an obscure one).
I have a small article about this car were is reported the name of the company, the place, the names of these 3 men and some details about the car (body, engine, brakes, suspensions, interior, etc...).
I don't know about an USA connection.
