Its called a "1960 Chrysler Custom 2 door hardtop  " on a few sites, but I think it actually started out as a 1960 Chrysler Imperial (roof) , Windsor or a combination of both.

The car has got a name and a builder.
I'll keep it loocked till your next guess.
(The name is in the typical custom style: absolutely impractical for a car!)

It seems his shop used to be called Green Goblin Restorations. At some point, it changed to Green Goblin Customs.

From a blog they started in 2010, but never updated:

Located in Canning, Nova Scotia is a restoration and customizing shop by the name of Green Goblin Restorations. It is owned and operated by Chad Hiltz , a young and creative car enthusiast.

Today, Green Goblin (AKA Green Goblin Hot Rodz) has a more active Facebook page that includes pics of some current projects.
