I think this one is quite interesting. There's no point for identifying the donor itself. However, if you identify both the donor and its builder correctly, I'll give you a point!

Just come across an advert in 1951 for a road-going Type 37 Bugatti that looks of similar proportions.
I doubt if this is the base car but.......?

Sorry, but late 1940s is completely impossible. Sice 1948 foreign mechanicals were banned in Soviet racing. This car was surely raced in 1935 when Johanson has established an Estonian speed record (1km flying start, 148,8 km/h).
