PJ sent me a few links, as I have a different name and place for the company. So this is probably the same car, but it is not from Qingdao

Is the company from Shangdong, Jinxiang in China

if so I think I have the name but Google translate is a nightmare for a unilingual brit!

Here's what I found!

Electric Vehicle Co. Ltd  I think or        国产 电动汽车 金乡县辉煌电动车有限公司:是 电动轿车 、 电动三轮车 、 老年代步车 的专业制造有限公司

sells Weiang Chi brand electric vehicles or         主要生产、销售陆威昂驰牌电动车、 电动轿车 ，电动休闲车、

in Shandong Development Zone,  Jinxiang Province, 

There maybe a specific car name in the text somewhere on the page but google translate has given up!! it doesn't translate capital letters very well

anyway if anyone's interested I can PM the website address

You obviously found the car, despite the language problems. So two points for you

This car is simply labelled as an "electric car" and it is made by the Jinxiang Brilliant Electric Vehicle Co Ltd
