Sorry for the slightly fuzzy pic, there was no other way to make it GSI-proof. I only know athe name and a country - these are required for a point

It is called Tomofil. If I understand the source correctly, its body is made of wood and it is electric-engined.

yes, you are right. Built by Dejesan which mainly provides solar energy systems and generators. It also builds electric buses
