Imported in Europe (and France) under the name "Noun Electric Car". Steel-body rear-engined electric microcar, classified as a "voiture sans permis" in France.

yes, it is available under different names in different markets. But the puzzle car is the original Chinese car - and it is not impossible to find

I've found this as an electric car named T-King LJ EV02 from the brand Shandong Tanjun/Jinian

yes, that's the one! Though I have it as LJ-EV01, but essentially you're right
