The ad is from a Chinese newspaper (but the car is not Chinese)

I found a picture of a 1924 Chiribiri Monza with a very similar radiator. I think the drawing shows either a Chiribiri Monza or a Milano, so the year should be somewhere between 1924 and 1928. I go for 1925.

Yes, this was taken from a 1924 Chribiri ad in China
