I am an Autopuzzler, and therefore a sad and lonely man. I have just been through the net images for every existing Chinese car maker, and cannot find this model. I thought this would save the other puzzlers a lot of time and effort. I have no idea where the puzzle-setter found this picture !
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

I found most of my Chinese puzzles by searching in Chinese. It sounds difficult, but in reality, it is not - Google Translate helps a lot. Additionally some of my Chinese puzzles (not this one) were inspired by obscure makers mentioned on an English-language website about car news in China.

And I am sure you are not a sad and lonely man :)

BTW Oguerrerob mentioned Dongfeng. I checked the English transliteration of the company name, and one of the words is almost Dongfeng

I've found it!!!
Oriental Man 2 Electric Vehicle by fangzi iron Weifang Vehicle Co from Weifang Shandong China

Actually you found the picture, and you realised it is electric. And part of the identification is right, because it was indeed made by a company which Google translate can interpret as "Oriental Man" - the company is called Sichuan Eastman and it is mostly engaged in the production of heavy duty trucks.
The exact transliteration of the company name is Dongfangmanqiche - that is why I said it sounds much like Dongfeng (East Wind).

That's one of the problems of Google translate - it insists on translating proper names as well.
My computer is set to auto translate everything, but for example it will always translate the Italian Carrozzeria Canta as "Sing"...!  What you have to do it click on 'show original' and then you can see what the real name is before translation..
