Perhaps an early Bielefelder Maschinenfabrik (Dürkopp) from about 1898?

it is locked for Wendax. Where did Mr Schwenke work?

It seems that, at that time, he was the main proprietor of the Vulkan Automobilgesellschaft mbH. In 1907, he went to Siemens-Schuckertwerke in Berlin as head of the engineering department.

Yes, that's probably the solution. I found the image as an illustration to an article on cars made by the Express factory. Between 1901-1907 Vulkan took over the Express bicycle factory and made various three- and four-wheelers.
This is one of their FWD experimental things.
