What's this, from where (and I don't know who the builder was...) - for 1 point?:

In Australia, was it branded as the Ford Pilot, or was that only in Britain/

I have a feeling that this car is a recent  'in the spirit of the 1950s' Ford V8 powered special.

The grille looks an awful lot like a late-40s Ford truck unit.
