I'm guessing it's a Crosley-derived H-Mod racer.

I've gone through the sites which deal with this type of car, and I've found dozens of Crosley-based racers, none of which look like this. So I'm going to have to guess , using names where no image appears to be available - is it the Edwards-Blume ?
