For this puzzle, I'd like to ask you to identify the manufacturer only who put up this billboard advertising its future and current model range. The current model is masked otherwise it'be easier

not Chery. Instead of throwing off the names of Chinese automobile manufacturers, I would advise you to ask yourself, why this billboard was put up.

I have been working under the assumption that the billboard was announcing the construction site of a new automobile manufacturing plant, but it could be at an existing plant indicating future models to be constructed there.  However, I have no idea when the billboard dates from, although the cars shown look relatively current.  From this I draw the assumption that we are looking for a company that is somewhat large, given the number of models shown, and currently expanding.  Based on this tonight's try is: SAIC (SAIC Motor Corporation Limited , formerly Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation).  They are the owners of the MG marque, and from what I can discern, given the quality of the photograph, I think that there is some resemblance to some MG proposals that I have seen.

The billboard is current
" announcing the construction site of a new automobile manufacturing plant ...  indicating future models to be constructed there"

There's only one model currently produced by this company, which has been covered - otherwise this would be too easy
