This is a Loreley (called Ley after WWI), from about 1919.  It was built by the Rudolf Ley Maschinenfabrik AG, Arnstadt (Thüringen), Germany.

I don't know the coach builder, I made a mistake what I have is the name of the importer to a certain country.
