For one point marque, year and coachbuilder?
Up
Clement-Bayard 20/24, 1906?
Not Clement-Bayard and a little newer. The country is right.
1908 Brasier?
Yes Brasier but missing part of the name. I made a mistake in my previous answer, I mixed my puzzle cars, the year is 1905.
You also have to name the coachbuilder.
Locked for you.
Thanks for the lock. If the car had been a 1908, it would have been a Brasier, but, since it is a 1905, it is a Richard-Brasier, as Georges Richard did not leave the firm (to found Unic) until late in 1905.
The name of the coachbuilder could be tricky. There were not a lot of auto body builders in 1905, but there also isn't a lot of information available on those that did exist. I'll assume that this coachbuilder is French, and not so obscure, and call the puzzle car a: 1905 Richard-Brasier by Rothschild.

Yes Richard-Brasier, but body not by Rothschild, from another less known French coacbuilder, the name is on the sign on the front wheel.

Yes, I wish I could read that sign. Unfortunately I don't have any software that will magnify and/or enhance the lettering. I have two lesser known coachbuilders that I see as possibilities. First I'll try: 1905 Richard-Brasier by A. Vedrine & Company.
Your first choice was correct, 1905 Richard-Brasier with body by A. Védrine & Cie. from Courbevoie (Paris)
According to the book I took it from:"Fotografia di una limousine-coupé con entrata laterale montato su chassis Richard-Brasier"
