Marque, model, year, who's in the picture and what connection did he have with the car maker

Willys Saint Clair?

ropat53

Not Wills Sainte Claire

Wow, I wrote in a wrong way every part of that name...not so easy;
Is it perhaps a Doble?

ropat53

Not Doble and it's not a steamer.

Bill Murray

Cheers
Bill

ropat53

Not Perón and no connection with Argentina.

Craig Gillingham

Is it Louis Delage?

nicanary

Any connection with the Farman brothers ?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

ropat53

Not Louis Delage and not Farman connected.

It looks very similar to the 1929 Bugatti Type 44 Fiacre. Is it ?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

ropat53

Not Ballot and not Bugatti, but of a very well know and prestigious marque.

Yes Hispano Suiza, now all you have to find is the model, who the person is and which was his connection with Hispano Suiza, should be very easy.
Locked for you

targhediferro

The car should be an H6B.  I think I saw this picture somewhere, but I don't remember where or when, so I don't know who the man standing with a foot on its step, I guess Wilfredo Ricart.

ropat53

Not H6B and not Ricart.
I'll keep it locked for one more answer.

targhediferro

I think I finally got it: the car should be a rare type I-6, the man is the tennis champion Rene Lacoste, whose father was the administrator of French Hispano at Bois Colombe.

Now that's a perfect answer, well done.
