Can you identify the maker (easy), year and the coachbuilder of the car pictured?

Artists renderings are always difficult as the actual vehicle sometimes looked slightly different.

I will take a guess at a 1938 Graham with coach work by Worblaufen.

The only other similar car I have found has the coach work by Pourtout.
