I can get a bit of a way further.

Seat 1400B (600?) taxi (cab?) from 1956.
Also has been called a "Familiar".
Edit:  According to Seat's museum, only one built.

Absolutely right, it's a one-off prototype based on a Seat 1400B familiar, 1956, as a proposal for a taxi. Do you know for which town? Locked for Bill.

Tu estas muy duro amigo.  La Ciudad de Torrijos en Espana.

You are really tough my friend.  The City of Torrijos in Spain.

Edit:  I forgot that you are from Italy, not Spain but I am sure you understood the Spanish reply.

Estas seguro?    I found it was a prototype for a Barcelona taxi, but this particular wasn't a part of the question, so I think we can say the quiz is solved.
Does anybody know which coachbuilder did this car? I haven't found any clue.

Bill Murray

To be honest, Fabrizio, I did not find the coach builder.
I found the photo on three different Spanish websites and each site gave a different clue to the identification of the car.

One of our Spanish members who may have access to the SEAT archives may be able to complete the answer, that site was the source of most of my information.  I doubt that it was a "factory" prototype only because of the "styling" of the paint scheme etc.

I hope someone else can add to the solution.
