I'd like to know who's responsable for this.
-
Ruthmann Hubwagen? Base=Tempo Matador.
Siku made a nice Unimogversion of this vehicle.
-
I don't think that the base is a Tempo, anyway I wanted to know who did it and your answer is absolutely correct, Ruthmann. A point for you.
-
I confirm base truck is a Tempo Matador (1955-1963)

The base vehicle is a Tempo Matador:

... and it is not a Ruthmann Steiger, but a Ruthmann Hubwagen. The Steiger can be seen below on another Tempo Matador:
-
I was not sure about the base, the caption of the leaf (tomorrow I will post the complete picture), says it is an Heinkel base, but perhaps it is wrong.
-
It is a most probably a Tempo base. You can see it looks like a Transporter, but the Tempo had front-wheel-drive. So you could "cut off" the rear and attach this lifting device. A Heinkel base would not make sense to me, as Heinkel made AFAIK only small capacity engines/small vehicles.
-
The first Tempo Matador I had a Heinkel engine, like the former Matador 1400. In 1957 they changed to Austin engines.
-
Yes, I had bad memory of the caption, that speaks about a Hanomag Kurier base...but it also says it is a Steiger (obviously wrong), so I think it may be wrong for the base maker too.
-
This would be a Hanomag Kurier with a Ruthmann Steiger:
