What's this and from when ?

...but I can't find in the solved section.
I'm totally sure about, I even uploaded another pic of mine of it.

Definitely the same car - only one of each model Lambert was ever made. It appeared at the 1948 Paris Salon with the wraparound wings, but these were later discarded for practical road use.
