Hi, 1920 Morris-London Tourer, the American Crowe Elkhart renamed for export primarily to UK for a dealer FE Morriss in Picadilly. This one was then shipped to Australia and returned UK 2001. Carries age-related registration from the Scottish island of Orkney.

Carries age-related registration from the Scottish island of Orkney.

It would actually only have been issued by Orkney if it had been allocated in period.
The age-related plates are all issued by the DVLA in Swansea and just use numbers which never got very far due to their sparse population or remote location of their issuing office.  That's why so many age-related plates appear to be Scottish.
