Not so difficult to find the base of this van...a bit less easy to name its coachbuilder. A point wait for the right answer.

I believe the year model is 1935 although the 1934 is almost identical

Chevrolet milk/freezer truck of the H.A. McDonald company built by the Montpelier Body Company of Montpelier, Ohio
