Indeed it is!
Sorry oswald, but it's not actually the SS2 project, which although looking at first glance broadly similar is in fact quite different in many details (see pictures below).  

It is a separate one-off project built by Bill Towns's company Interstyl on the SS1 as a proposal for a possible update.  Only this one was ever built, although I believe the intention was for Towns's company to offer it as a conversion for SS1s.
