The houses in the back look very Dutch, so I assume it's a Dutch coach builder. Most common make for this size of buses back then was Bedford, so that would be my guess.

There are quite a lot of Bedfords with Dutch body I found out... This is a 1934 Bedford with body by Medema. Unfortunately the bus doesn't exist anymore, this was really a cool design !
