Yes, point for RayTheRat. Prototype, mid-engine V-8 custom chassis Kelmark GT, from Kelmark Engineering, Okemos Michigan.

Thank you sir.  Chevy smallblock V8, complete with old AFB carburetor and ram's horn exhaust manifolds.
