I am going with Hiawatha, at least on the theory of some sort of exhibition.

I have spent already three hours on "Exhibitions" from, say about 1915 to 1925 and have not come up with the answer.

As always, the answer is more important than the point.

I think that the point is yours; Stigler is the vehicle, 1927 is the year, Milan (Italy) the city. the picture was taken at the "Fiera Campionaria" not Milano car Show
