This is a Minerva chassis with a body by Jonckheere, intended for use as an ambulance/auto/chapel by missions.

I was afraid that you were going to ask.  The only reference that I have for this vehicle lists a chassis model that I am unfamiliar with, and about which I can find no other information.  I suspect that this is because the vehicle may have been produced after the 1934 merger with Imperia, and thus may have had an unfamiliar chassis number.  Anyway, the chassis model I have is: Type 3P.200.
