Thank you for the clue, but I found it without it...the key word has been "basculeur".  In my research I met the Dinky Toy described as Basculeur (it was a Muir Hill).  Then I began to Google with that description and so I found also this marque I didn't know and than this advert.  I've learnt a lot about french dumpers.
