Well, TGF, no luck with your puzzle photo, but I found in my research this very unusual hearse from Agartala, India.

Looks to perhaps be based on a Mahindra and Mahindra 4X4 chassis adapted from one of their Willys license designs.

Very strange vehicle, thank you for posting. The quiz one, anyway, is not from India, nor Willys connected...as you obviously know.
