From the radiator shell, I would say that is a big Gräf & Stift SR4, developed by Fritz von Solnay.  Although the original SR4 was developed about 1921/22, I believe this picture should be from about 1926/27.

Yes, it is Fritz von Zsolnay in his Gräf & Stift racecar, winner of the 1927 Semmering hillclimb. I'm not sure about the type, I found "S 4 sp" somewhere.
