Not quite finished yet.

For one point, please respond and identify this car by telling what it purports to be, which car it is based on and which engine is installed.

Well it is motobike engined, right hand drive and looks like a '7' chassis is has been based on.

Hmm Chassis could be a Sylva design - due to the inboard front shock absorbers. (rare and it isn't a Tiger Cat as it doesn't look like my car)

It looks it is trying to emulate a racing car - Does the passenger seat exist?

p.s. the front tyres at least are on backwards (look at the treads)

Yes, it is based on a Sylva.

It is said to be a Indy race car replica. It doesn't seem to have a passenger seat.

Locked for you to find the engine installed, then the point will be yours.

Most Sylva's seem to use Honda engines. but I can't tell from the photo what sort of engine (apart from the bike side) that is installed.
(And I know that Jeremy Phillips would fabricate a frame for whatever you wanted!)

Honda is good enough for me. In fact, it was a Honda Fireblade engine.
One more point for you.
