What's this and who built it - for 1 point?:

I think it's an HCS Racing Coupe built by Steve Hendrickson and Shelby Bankston from Missouri,

looks like this one

always had it listed as a HCS, but now looking again,  it would seem to be by a company called B&B Manufacturing, another change to my database! I think I'll start again
