You know that's something missing, though?

Locked for ropat53!

All I can find is that it was probably made by Herr Pobel or Pöbel from Germany in 1932. I took this from a very well known site, but I believe it may not be right and maybe this is a side view of the car that's another still unsolved Autopuzzle.

Sorry, folks! I have to admit that my (usually very accurate) source has an incorrect spelling. There this threewheeler was named Pohl. Allemano has sent me a contemporary source that rectifies the Pobel name, and further research has added some more confirmative information. So I will declare this one solved and give MrScharroo his well-deserved point.

This little car was built by Dipl.-Ing. (i.e. engineer) Herbert Pobel from Dresden, whose academic degree was earned with a work about the construction of a streamlined threewheeler. Ten years later, in 1932, he presented his P-Wagen to the public. He used many motorcycle parts to keep the costs low. The engine came from Bark. It was a four-stroke single of 588 cc developing 12 hp and accelerating the P-Wagen to a top speed of 70 km/h. The use of a smaller Bark engine, a 198 cc two-stroke unit of 6 hp was also planned. Unfortunately, the P-Wagen remained a prototype. Later on, Herbert Pobel worked for Willy Ostner's OD motorcycle works.

I merge this with Wendax' puzzle #880, but before I give eagle-eyed ropat53 a well earned point!
