Arola 14 on the front, Arola 15 at the back !

The first two "4-wheelers" voitures sans permis made by Arola, Corbas, France. Rear engine, Motobécane AV10 or (later) Peugeot 49 cc.
Production started in 1979, until 1982/1983.
I guess the (bad quality) picture has been taken at the 1979 Motorcycle Paris Motorshow, where the "luxury" 15 version (half-blacken doors, more comfortable seats, etc...).
