Sure, I was just really amazed of that very very forward looking and functional wheel design. It´s even more revolutionary than the very functional aluminium Bugatti wheels of the 1920s.

Thank you Otto, this one had been puzzling me for a while, once I had realised that it wasn't Belgian (I thought it had a similarity to Jenatzy's La Jamais Contente) I started looking in different places, and your climax clue was more than helpful.
