Its one of the Plymouth Prowler test mules.

It has a Jeep YJ cab, a V6 motor from a Chrysler LHS and an Dodge Intrepid transmission.

The Prangler, because the cab came from a Jeep YJ Wrangler.

I never saw a photo of the yellow one before, only the red one .

WayneB earns a point with the correct answer.

The image of the yellow Prangler is from a video.  A passerby saw the mule parked on the freeway with nobody around, pulled out his smartphone, and filmed it from all sides.
