Always remember, Cuda, you are dealing with people who speak maybe 20 different languages here and saying in English "I wonder what country it is from" after several questions naming French cars can be misleading.

Given that it is now French, and RHD, I would suspect mid 1930's and a fairly upscale car because of the RHD.

I have some ideas but need an hour or so to investigate and in the meantime, perhaps another member can solve the question.
