Really reaching this time but several ID tips sort of fit.

Fiat 508 Balilla of around 1934?

That leaves Germany. Is this an Adler?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

grobmotorix

It´s german, yes.

But it is not an Adler.

Bill Murray

I don't like random guessing, but if German how about a DKW F4 of about 1934.
Cheers
Bill

grobmotorix

No, it´s not a DKW and it is postwar...

grobmotorix

LOCKED for you!

It´s a Hanomag, but which one?

targhediferro

It looks like an Hanomag Rekord, but from the shape of the door and the wheels measure, I'd say It derives from a militar vehicle.

grobmotorix

No - it´s a civilian version and shown in stock version.

Because it is a commercial vehicle it has not a name but a designation:

two letters and 2 numbers...

ST 20, 1949.

The reason for that unusual door cutout shape is that the ST20 was usually built as a street tractor with a much shorter wheelbase: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=19399.msg195950#msg195950
