The rear looks like a Bmw. I guess Bmw 315 based.

I'm not an expert in racing history, but after quite a couple of hours of research, I found a belarus site (!) that shows a picture of a very similar car;  they say that Ralph Roese was its driver in 1939 Eifelrennen.  I hope this is what you were waiting for.
