For one point, tell us what cars contributed to this creation, and approximately when it was finished.
Experts?
Undernees zis car zere ees a Traction Avant?
And a soupçon of Riley?
Riley and Citroen are involved. Not Traction Avant, in name or function.
1975 Citroen Riley Special - based on a 2CV/Dyane chassis and engine, but rear-wheel drive. Some brass-plated Riley parts fitted, although the connection with Riley appears to stop there. It was built in Suffolk by a retired Rolls-Royce engineer.
One point to Nicanary for the correct answer.
Some of the bodywork appears to be from a 1929 Riley Sports (if that is the correct name).
If it's rear wheel driven, why does it appear to have driveshafts at the front? ???

I've just re-read the web description, and apparently it's also rear-engined ! Unfortunately there are no photos with the body removed, so it's not easy to understand the engineering.
They could be using the driveshafts in front, as part of the suspension. The sales listings for this car did mention rear-wheel drive.
